How can I look less red on Team calls?

I have a new macbook pro (14" M3) and find that when I use teams I look much redder than normal, like I've a sunburn. I don't have this problem using google meets. Is there some way to adjust the settings so my face looks normal in meetings?
I have the latest version of Teams. I've tried going to Teams settings and switching from FaceTime HD camera to my iphone and it's even worse. I've tried it with green screen on and off and adjusting brightness. Thanks in advance for your help

From Microsoft Engineering we want to provide an update on this issue. Thank you all for reporting this problem and we appreciate your feedback and insights. 

As several reported, Teams desktop shows a red tint for video rendered in meeting stage, which is easier to notice when viewing preview video stream. The team found a problem with how the video rendering was configured for displays with certain profiles, resulting in wrong color space adjustment. A fix for this was released in Teams Client version 24267.700.3135.7488, that is now rolled out to all users and clouds as of January 12th 2025. 

Although this change improves the experience for majority of the scenarios and make the tones more accurate where viewing video feeds in Mac devices, there are still certain cases that can result in wrong color adjustment, especially when viewing Mac camera in remote machines or with multiple displays with different presets. Our team is working towards keep addressing remaining scenarios with more changes through the upcoming months.

    I have this exact same problem. The issue is specific to MS Teams and occurs on all of my Apple devices, even when using an external camera. I can't believe this hasn't been resolved yet :(

    ImageThe red tint isn't even applied in Teams' own video preview in the Devices settings, so it seems to be specific to the meeting interface. I hadn't noticed this at all until switching to a new monitor; I wonder if the video renderer is acting funny with certain display color profiles, if that's possible?

    EDIT: It's definitely related to color profile, but more importantly, how the meeting video renderer is handling HDR. I disabled it in the Displays setting on my Mac and it's much better.

    I think it's Microsoft playing dirty with a competitor (Mac). When I switched from a Lenovo to Mac, I noticed a huge downgrade in my video feed on Teams. I suddenly became a sunburned tomato on all my calls. I bought a camera light, still red. Settings adjusted, still red. If they can manage to have it work for Lenovo, I imagine that they're able to make it work for Mac, but choose not to.

    I have the same problem. Given the 344 posts to this thread, MS should solve this. It does not occur when I use Zoom. PC computer using W11. Logitech cam HD 1080P. Teams is unusable for me for this reason. BTW, Zoom has a filter that can be applied to reduce some of the color saturation (but not B&W). I don't need it in Zoom, but is it needed in Teams, but not available. Can Teams add these simple video features. There are numerous backgrounds (some quite silly) but nothing to solve these common and real problems of how the person actual looks. A solution would increase Teams market share, a metric in which Zoom is quite far ahead, if that matters to MS.
