Gif button has gone missing. How do I get it back?

I appear to be the only one on our team (suddenly and inexplicably) missing the Gif button on my Teams desktop App/browser. It appears the same when I log on via edge. Where has my GIF button gone and how do I get it back?

In most trouble shooting I always close office products, open excel, Account lower left, update options, update office365.

After update I Turn off "Try new Teams" and "Try new Outlook" to turn off Beta programs. Then I roll back the Teams install to a known working version = Teams_Windows_64.exe. So far these steps have resolved 99% of all trouble shooting Teams/ Outlook issues. Unfortunately using Beta or trial versions on a network can cause other unknown issues.

I'm on New Teams and GIFs option disappeared today. I tried toggling the Optional Connected Experiences suggestion with no change in results. I switched to Classic Teams and they came back. Went back to New Teams and still missing. The GIFs option is missing in both the desktop client and the browser.
