I am experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Teams app on my iPad Pro M4. When I open the camera for video calls, the camera in landscape view is upside down. This problem only occurs in Microsoft Teams; other apps like FaceTime, Google Meet, Zoom or Telegram do not exhibit this issue. Device and App Information: • Device: iPad Pro M4 • iOS Version: 17.5.1 • Microsoft Teams Version: 6.14.0 Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue: Updated Microsoft Teams to the latest version. Restarted the Microsoft Teams app. Restarted the iPad. Verified camera orientation in the default Camera app (no issues). Reinstalled Microsoft Teams. Checked for and installed the latest iOS updates. Despite these steps, the issue persists. I would appreciate any guidance or support to resolve this problem. Thank you for your assistance.

I followed similar steps including “Clear app data” in Settings to no avail.

configured 2 x iPad Pro 12.9" Gen7 yesterday - both used for Teams calls regularly. This morning video on one of them was upside down on Teams and only in landscape mode (and locking view makes no difference). Checked all other app (incl. Camera app) - no issues.

I have the same issue on my ipad M4. Also, Microsoft still doesn't fix the rotated camera when using a external monitor.

I’m having the same problem and have tried the same fixes as the original poster. I first noticed it on the 25th of July, so it must be the update that was pushed that day.

My camera on MSTeams on IPad Pro M4 suddenly is inverted, showing me upside down to all other attendees.
