Why is my "Notify when available" missing when I click on a user in Teams?

This is what is missing from a user we support.

Hello WilliamHicks6,

The Notify when available feature is not available in the new Teams. Currently, you will need to select a user’s avatar or profile photo anywhere in new Teams to quickly get an overview of their online status, next available calendar slot in Outlook, work hours, local time, or work location either remote or in office.

Thanks,

    Latest client this is now working again. I immediately turned it off due to the reliability of teams being correct. I also do not want to micromanage employees.

    This is unfortunate. It was so very useful. I didn't have to eagle-eye watch someone's status. I could select "Notify when available" and let Teams inform me when it is a good time for that person.

    @ShelliG_SW:

    Yes, same here. My freshly updated version (24102.2223.2870.9480) is also below Clay' ones beginning with "24116...." and the notify feature is also missing.

    @Clay Coffman: are you using the Early Access feature (aka "Public preview") as described here: ? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-early-access-to-new-features-in-microsoft-teams-a6e387fe-1cad-4f90-ad78-1a311c77b36d

    I didn't manage to enable the Early Access feature, maybe it is administratively blocked for me.

    Has anyone tried this feature?

    Regards, Wanja.
