I have set application language to Polish in New Teams, but still missing Polish spelling check (only English is there). It is missing ONLY in New Teams - it is not missing in any other application across my desktop.

Only English and English (United States) languages are available for spelling check.

Same here, only English US and English and I use Swedish. My keyboard is set to Swedish. No problem with old Teams

I have the same issue. System keyboard set to Polish but New Teams spellcheck only recognises English and not Polish.
I have the same issue with French. Ever since we had New Teams installed, it does not seem to have the French dictionary even though I do select the French Canada keyboard, so the spellcheck has been rendered useless.
Note that the instructions you referenced DO NOT APPLY to the *NEW* teams, it is for classic Teams.

Do you know if MS is going to fix this before they retire Classic Teams at the end of March, 2024?
