Missing language in spelling check on New Teams

Hi,

I have set application language to Polish in New Teams, but still missing Polish spelling check (only English is there). It is missing ONLY in New Teams - it is not missing in any other application across my desktop.

    I am agree. I am waiting to Microsoft fix this bug for the new app. There is impossible to work like that!

    How is it possible that this issue has been known for at least eight month, "the team is focusing on this issue with a high priority" since at least December 2023, and it still hasn't been resolved? And yet you disabled old teams, where it worked!

    I have the same issue, no matter if main/display/kayboard/system language is EN, US or PL, it always shows errors and all words red underlined.

    There is any feature to correct manually, what the hell is going on, and why you Microsoft rolled back good working Teams and forced users to use it w/o testing?????

    the same issue here for French and Dutch. This is a huge downgrade !!

    I tried to keep the old Team as long as possible but now I don't have the choice than using the new Team.

    I have to type my text first somewhere else where the corrector is working and copy paste this to Team.

    Downgrade seems to be the new Microsoft strategy for all products: Outlook, Windows 11, Teams. They all lost their basic functionalities compared to their predecessor without adding significant improvements.

    Same problem here !!!!!!

    I guess the employees at MS are not using their own products. If they would, the they would recognize the quite obvious bugs and missing features
