Missing language in spelling check on New Teams

Hi,

I have set application language to Polish in New Teams, but still missing Polish spelling check (only English is there). It is missing ONLY in New Teams - it is not missing in any other application across my desktop.

    I understand how important it is to check your spelling in your preferred language. So, to enable Polish spelling check in Microsoft Teams, you can try these easy steps:

    1. Write a few messages in Polish in a chat or channel to automatically activate the language-aware spell checking. If needed, a message will pop up asking you to confirm the language you're using.
    2. Switch between different keyboard layouts by using the Language bar. The default spell-check language in Teams is based on your Windows keyboard language. Simply click the language icon in the Language bar (near the clock on your Windows taskbar) and choose the language you want to use.
    3. Use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift to switch between different keyboard layouts on Windows devices.

    Please remember that language-aware spell-checking is only available for Teams desktop users on Windows. If you need further help, you might want to try clearing the Teams cache or restarting Teams.

    Firstly, thank you for the answer. I have tried all your tips, and none of them has fixed my issue. I've been using New Teams for a couple of days and almost always use Polish language, and it has never asked me to switch as you explained in first point.

    Hi. I'm having this exact same problem. Since upgrading to the new Teams I'm only getting spell correction for English and not Norwegian which is my working language. My Keyboard is set to Norwegian and when I type in Norwegian every word has a red squiggle underneath it, but typing in English is fine.

    The same happens to me in the new Teams, whereas I have English, German and Spanish installed in my computer. No matter what i do, I only see check spelling options in the Team reply box for English and English (United States).
