Upload Image/Banner on Announcement post is no longer available.

We are able to create the announcement post with custom image/banner but with the latest version of teams- 1.6.00.12405 (64-bit), the feature to upload custom image/banner is no longer available.

Any workaround to bring back the feature?

    Hi Victoria,

    Our organization just lost banner image upload functionality last week. Thank you for sharing what the new features look like. It's giving us hope!

    Question: Within the posts, did the size of uploaded images go back to normal? Our horizontal images used to show up enlarged in a post, taking up the width of the post. Since the update where we lost banners, the images attached to a post are now tiny by comparison. It looks so much worse. Any chance the image size has increased again for attached images with the latest update?

    Thank you for posting this and thank you Microsoft for fixing the banners so we can make them more personable. Still a bit large and takes up a lot of real estate but being able to personalize them again is a tremendous plus.

    Just tested it - Also UK - we don't have it yet either :(

    About to roll out new Teams in about a week.. so lets see how that goes with the educators.

    I still don't have access to this improvement, can anyone confirm if this is now available in the UK and how would I go about getting the MS Designer?
