To change the background of your camera in Microsoft Teams to a picture that you have downloaded on your computer, you can follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Teams on your computer.
- Before starting a meeting, turn on your camera and select Background filters.
- Select Add new and then select the picture you want to use from your computer. Make sure it's a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file.
- Select Preview to see how your chosen background looks before you apply it, and then select Apply.
Alternatively, you can also follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Teams on your computer.
- Start or join a meeting.
- During the meeting, select More actions Microsoft Teams more options icon and then select Show background effects.
- Select Add new and then select the picture you want to use from your computer. Make sure it's a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file.
- Select Preview to see how your chosen background looks before you apply it, and then select Apply.
