In the New Teams App, I could see that the Scrollbar is getting disappear frequently.

Facing exactly the same issue with the new Teams. Exactly as in the screenshot. Minimizing the recent chats brings back the whole list of the pinned chats but this is not a long term solution.
This is clearly a bug in the new Microsoft Teams.
I'm experiencing the same issue
I am also having the same issue with the chats column and sometimes the main reading pane. I have tried minimizing and maximizing the window which helped yesterday but not today, closing and reopening the app, and checking for updates (it is the most recent version). It is not a matter of hovering over the scroll bar area, there simply is not one.
I have the same issue if i closed the pin and recent chats grouping the scroll appears but disapears a second later. I'm jumping between teams and chats to use the scroll but I need to be very fast since one second latter disappears
I also tried all steps identified but it looks this is a bug
Yes. This is a problem for me too.
I have to memorize all my most recent chats if I want to read them. I will try some other things like scrolling with a mouse, but now I need to get a mouse first.
