In the New Teams App, I could see that the Scrollbar is getting disappear frequently.

This assumes use of a mouse. Those with mobility issues may not be able to use a mouse. I can tell you from experience that clearing the cache, resetting, and reinstalling do not work. The issue remains and it needs to be fixed.
In the New Teams App, I could see that the Scrollbar is getting disappear frequently.
The work around for this issue is you should use the scroll wheel in the mouse in navigating using the new MS teams if the basic remedy such as clear cache, reset and uninstall then re-install did not permanently fix the said issue.
I'm also on an old Dell with no touch screen. This is a huge issue.
yes..i tried all ways suggested above still having the issue. Finally, i switched back to Old Teams....
In my company, we are not spared from this problem either. Microsoft responded that it is by design even though it is experienced as a bug by users. What I don't understand is that this only does it on certain computers and not on others. I'm in public preview and I don't encounter the problem, all this is not very coherent like many things on new teams.
