Why is it that when I start up Teams it automatically opens up my Chats first?

I have my Microsoft Teams set to open up automatically when my computer starts, however, whenever it starts up the 'Chat' tab is always showing first. How can I make it so that the 'Teams' tab is what's shown when it first opens up. This is ever since switching to the new version.

Thanks!

I have it in both versions, Mac and Windows, that the chat opens on startup.

That does not work in New Teams. I don't understand why Microsoft won't respond to this thread.

Windows user. Always opens to "Teams".

I'm just wondering, is the default "Chat" for windows users and "Teams" for Mac users?

    Anyone experience anything different?

    Strange that it is different.

But, the bottom line is, it does not go to the "App" that you want it to go to.

In new Teams, I know you can drag an app to the top of the list. But that does not work either.

I say again, you would think this would be a simple fix.
