    Dear Prabinraj TP,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your team's app. I understand how difficult it is when your team's app encounters an error, especially when it prevents you from attending important meetings. I'll do my best to help you troubleshoot this issue.

    1. Have you tried using the web version of Teams to check if it works? This will help us scope the issue. And ensure your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, connectivity issues can cause this error.
    2. Have you tried uninstalling Webview2 and re-install it again? This have fixed the same issue for some users. Download the latest WebView2 runtime from Microsoft Edge WebView2 | Microsoft Edge developers. Run the installer as an administrator. Please refer to this similar thread>> Teams desktop won't start with "We've run into an issue" error - Microsoft Community.
    3. May I know what versions are you running for both Teams and Windows? Have you checked to make sure your Windows is up to date? Sometimes, pending updates can cause issues with applications.
    4. Have you tried running teams in Compatibility mode and check if it works? Right-click on the Teams shortcut, go to Properties > Compatibility, and check “Run this program in compatibility mode” and select an older version of Windows.
    5. If the issue persists, please try Resetting the Teams app or uninstalling and reinstalling the application and go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, and disconnect any accounts listed there. Then, install the app and reconnect your account.

If none of these steps work, please let me know and we can explore other options. Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Thank you for your help.

I'm also getting the same problem. In addition, when receiving error " We've run into an issue", I noticed that none of the menu options on the side panel are working at all.

Exact same issue. If it happens when in a discussion, able to still type in chat and receive messages but not able to switch to any other chat or tab from the side panel, open settings or anything else, if I try to open a chat in a new window it opens a page that displays the error. Web teams is perfectly fine in the mean time

Similar issue in my Teams. (with Win11 24H2)

Teams works well in the beginning.
I can start an audio call or a meeting with others.
But after I finished the audio call or the meeting and I want to start another one. I get:

We've run into an issueOpps, something went wrong![UnknownError][Error:Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'baseimageUrl')]Slot name:UNKNOWNSession ID:...Date and time stamp

    In Teams, I get

We run into an issueTry again in a few minutes

Teams is not crashing, but it is no longer usable.
I cannot switch to other contacts. I stuck in the current scree. Chatting with the current contact still works.
And I see incoming calls, but I when I accept, the connections ends.

I already tried to delete all "Unkown Users" from my chats (because of the Slot name: UNKNOWN in the error message), but it didn't help.
Also reinstalling Teams did not solve the problem.
