My team's app occasionally displays an error, preventing me from opening it and attending meetings.Please give me a solution to this.Error is attached below.

I'm in the same situation, it started appearing for some users in my organization. Has anyone solved it somehow?

In my case it only occurs on desktop computers and it starts appearing from January 10th.

We have performed the suggested steps and still have the issue..

Windows Version: 24H2
Teams Version: 24335.208.3315.1951
Client Version: 49/24120100217

Has anyone experienced this issue with the web version or only desktop version? I'm curious if this issue only exists on the desktop version and if so, if the desktop version that experiences this issue are all the same version.

I also have the same problem systematically with an outgoing Teams call to someone in my organization.
As soon as I close the call I can no longer open a conversation by single-clicking, and the following error message appears with a double-click,

[UnknownError][Error:Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'baseimageUrl')]Slot name:UNKNOWNWindows 10 22H2 (build 19045.5247)

The problem appeared on Friday, January 3rd...

Same issue, started a couple of weeks ago and impacting many users across the business.

For those that have reported so far are running Windows 11 24h2 (some on current channel, some on preview)

Appears to happen after attending a meeting, you can then see notifications in the chats but cant click on any or open in a new window as the same error appears.

Quitting teams & reloading resolves the issues

All devices running the latest windows & webview software.
