    This is my exact issue, too. Have you noticed if it only happens every other day, though? I've had this issue, like clockwork, every other day since 3rd January. Today I'm having that issue, tomorrow I will be fine. No matter if I'm working remote, or in the office....it only presents every other day.

    In both Web and Teams I notice that I now always get "Hold on, we are preparing for you" (or something like that - My teams in Norwegian below) seems like some updates on my user are "stuck". That message is displayed only 3-4 seconds though. Might not be related but started at the same time my other problem occurred.
