I was able to fix it by disabling ipv6 in my router.
Apprently, microsoft doens't use their ipv6 address to answer the api call to https://latm-noam.flightproxy.teams.microsoft.com

Normally they should be installed by your organization or automatically on a private PC outside the organization!
