I have the same problem and it started after upgrading to the new Windows and it was January 6th, I can't find a pattern to be performed, it's certain time.
That's exactly what happens to me, I have to open the taks manager and kill the teams session and it works again without a problem. On the next call, the error appears again.
Web version works well for me - this is currently my main workaround because logging off and on after each audio call is annoying (and if you forget, Teams freezes in the next action)
Similar issue in my Teams. (with Win11 24H2)
Teams works well in the beginning.
I can start an audio call or a meeting with others.
But after I finished the audio call or the meeting and I want to start another one. I get:

In Teams, I get

Teams is not crashing, but it is no longer usable.
I cannot switch to other contacts. I stuck in the current scree. Chatting with the current contact still works.
And I see incoming calls, but I when I accept, the connections ends.
I already tried to delete all "Unkown Users" from my chats (because of the Slot name: UNKNOWN in the error message), but it didn't help.
Also reinstalling Teams did not solve the problem.
I'm also getting the same problem. In addition, when receiving error " We've run into an issue", I noticed that none of the menu options on the side panel are working at all.
Exact same issue. If it happens when in a discussion, able to still type in chat and receive messages but not able to switch to any other chat or tab from the side panel, open settings or anything else, if I try to open a chat in a new window it opens a page that displays the error. Web teams is perfectly fine in the mean time
