Insights Data Display Issues - Desktop vs IPad

Hi all,

I have received questions from a teacher when she is browsing Insights on Desktop and IPad.

  • Context: she adds inisghts in Class Team to check her class performance
  • Problems: Selected data can be shown in Dekstop version of Teams, but it's failed to check in IPad version

(see attached photos for your reference)

May I know if it's a known issue? Or are there anything we can do to fix this issue?

    Open the Settings app on your device and tap on General.

    Tap either iPhone storage or iPad storage as applicable

    Once it loads the apps on your device, locate and tap on the Teams app.

    Select whether you want to offload or delete the app.
