"We couldn't complete that action" when creating a new Team

I have a user that is getting this error when trying to create a new Team in the Teams beta version. I was having it as well until I cleared my cache. Unfortunately, the same fix did not work for them. Any ideas?

It does appear to be somewhat fixed. One user who was getting the error previously was able to create one no problem. Another user was still getting it but terminating Teams from Task Manager and restarting it allowed for them to create a Team without error. It does seem to be somewhat fixed, but no update on the Health > Service Health portal in O365 admin center has me hesitant to send a company-wide update. Hope it is working for you all!

Our customers are facing this issue as well. Teams can create teams .... it is incredible that developers can be so unsupervised, processes so ignored, quality be so unimportant and users so disrespected.

Supposedly, everything is fine .... so, why are still having the same issue?

I have been in IT for 45+ years and I've never seen Microsoft so disconnected than under Satya Nadella
