"We couldn't complete that action" when creating a new Team

I have a user that is getting this error when trying to create a new Team in the Teams beta version. I was having it as well until I cleared my cache. Unfortunately, the same fix did not work for them. Any ideas?

    Same challenge here!...oh the irony....you can't create a team in teams - isn't that the most basic functionality and purpose of the platform? Maybe I'm missing something!

    Agree with previous replies - great to find workarounds - and no I don't create a ton of new teams every day, but we shouldn't need to:

    1. We were forced onto 'new' Teams
    2. WE ARE PAYING FOR IT!

    Sorry to hear that, try again but Give it the 3 finger (Ctrl+alt+del) salute before it finishes logging out and then end task form task manager,

    I don't know why it makes any difference but its the only thing that's consistently working for our group.

    Nothing from this thread has worked for me, only option is mobile or admin pages..

    Do we have any idea when MS will fix this?

    And totally agree with people's comments about the new Outshit.

    So much junk coming out of MS at the moment, makes for difficult discussions with CTO's about the future of 365.

    Of all the things I tried from this thread here, including using the web version, none worked. I signed the user out of Teams, and back in, and it works now.
