New Teams has been advertising itself to many of my users. Majority of the company has made the switch, but others are running into a parameter error. Strange bit is, I can get it to work for about 5 days. Afterwards, I'm guessing an update takes place, and New Teams refuses to open and throws a parameter error. I've tried reinstalling the application multiple times and downloading the app installer. Nothing seems to work.

I dont have an ETA at the moment, unfortunately. Will post it here as soon as we have one.
And with nothing changed, in a non-persistent instant clone environment that prevents updates to Teams, I present the return of the "The parameter is incorrect" error! "Glad" to have you back! Maybe Microsoft will properly address you...but I doubt it.

Do you know when the fix will be released for the multi monitor screen sharing issue for Citrix desktop users who disable Citrix Desktop Viewer. i.e. where it shares both screens rather than giving you the screen selection.
I was told that a fix would need to be released, before multi monitor screen sharing could be disabled on our tenant.
For the Open in background issue, this will be fixed in the next Teams release, 24091.X.X.X later this month.
For the echo cancellation issue you mentioned, there are no known issues like that Jon so I can only recommend opening a support case.
For "difficulty joining Teams Meetings from links sent by others" - I heard about some cases like that but probably you will need a support case as well.
