Text prediction working incorrectly in teams chat.

When selecting suggested word, only last letter are replaced from input.

For example, I writing word "testing", after inputting tes I select suggested word testing and as result I get tetesting.

By the way here in teams feedback form suggestions work as expected.

    Workaround that works for me it's to press Ctrl + Shift + Arrow Left (to select typed part) and only after that select suggestion

    I have been having the same issue… everything is update to date (Teams, other office apps, windows 10, & even an hp bios update). Any other fixes?

    I'm also having this issue in Teams Version 1.6.00.2573 (64-bit). It was last updated on 8/02/23.

    I too am experiencing this.

    I know very few people that have the hardware keyboard predictive text on, so I don't know who else would notice.

    I have followed that steps but am still having the issue.

    My next step is to spin up a virtual windows 10 on my host infrastructure and test a clean installation.

    Hi Indhu_Rani,

    I could not find the reset button in Teams app but I have tried the all others steps.

    Reinstalled the Teams app and updated to latest version but still facing similar issue.

    Could you suggest some other fix for this?
