Teams Approval - An unexpected server error occurred

Hello,

i'm facing an issue in the Teams approval app while sending requests. getting an "unexpected server issue". Other customized templates also do not respond when sending requests. Can anyone suggest what the issue was and how to troubleshoot?

Did a second try of your solution and it woks now for me. Still have to check for the others in the organization but so far so good. Thank you!

Hey,

Got an update from Microsoft Support.

They provided a workaround for this issue and tested working on one of our clients. Follow below steps:

Go to Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com)

Select Environments

Select the environment in which the error occurs

Select Security Roles > See All

Click the ellipsis (...) next to Approvals Administrator and select Edit

Search for "asyncoperation" (aka "System Job") table (select "Show all tables" if not visible)

Update the read permission to "Organization"
This worked for me too! Thank you.

I also facing the same issue with Teams Approval when sending the approval with attachment error message receive "An unexpected server error occurred". and when i disable REQUIRED ATTACHMENT then its work correctly
