Hello,
i'm facing an issue in the Teams approval app while sending requests. getting an "unexpected server issue". Other customized templates also do not respond when sending requests. Can anyone suggest what the issue was and how to troubleshoot?

try to turn off the required attachment if you enable it on your template.

if still doesnt work, try removing approvers who are not in the organization anymore or relog-in their account on microsoft.
We are having the same issue.
Like Arnel had found, it does allow you to send an Approval if you remove 'Required Attachment' from your template.
(we need this functionality tho)
