Teams Approval - An unexpected server error occurred

Hello,

i'm facing an issue in the Teams approval app while sending requests. getting an "unexpected server issue". Other customized templates also do not respond when sending requests. Can anyone suggest what the issue was and how to troubleshoot?

    I have the same problem, but when i went to Power Platform Admin Center, and selected Environments, there is no environment record found, what can i do in this case? Thanks for your help!!!

    I found this to fix the issue as well. However, I'll point out that you don't need to give "Organization" level permissions. I tried it with "User" level permissions and it worked.
