Hello,
i'm facing an issue in the Teams approval app while sending requests. getting an "unexpected server issue". Other customized templates also do not respond when sending requests. Can anyone suggest what the issue was and how to troubleshoot?

2023-09-13T13:13:41+00:00 I also have this issue with Approvals, and everyone in the organisation alse has this issue. And I know of one other organisation that has also this issue... So probably not relate to this person's computer...
