I agree 100% for Drdreme. This new update is devastating to our team's productivity. Please revert to original IMMEDIATELY. This is unacceptable.

Will quote Drdreme's concise summary of the issue:

"This subject line is cutting off photos and we need to click on "see more" to see the bottom of the photo. This is affecting our productivity and our work flow.

Subject lines are unnecessary in POSTS.

Subject lines are helpful in email ONLY.

I know the subject line was a hidden feature in posts before. I don't know why they chose to bring this option to the forefront but it is certainly a productivity and work flow killer.

Microsoft certainly did not get user feedback on these "new" features prior to deploying to everyone. This subject line should be OPTIONAL and a setting choice for the organization or by Team Channel.

The recent updates to Teams have not been helpful to productivity."

I work in a healthcare system and we use teams like a conversation/text and do not need a "subject" line as if this were an email. In healthcare, our burnout is partially due to unnecessary clicking, which now has been introduced with this "update" by Microsoft. Please get rid of this "update" or have a workaround so that the curser is not in the subject line but in the message line. This would save us a click and decrease our burnout.

    Thank you,

    Elizabeth Crow MD

Work a call center job where I assist 4+ customers at a time, this feature is ridiculous. Teams is not an email service, this needs to be an optional toggle or the body needs to be selected by default. Most people do not need to post a subject unless they are a manager posting a news bulletin, even then, they could just use bold text, its the same thing.
