Yes Lisa, we all know that, it's the fact you have to move off the subject, that is an unwanted step in the dance.

My entire team uses teams less now than ever. Our Team's chats are ghost towns now because of how frustrating it is to use the application.
A bizarre decision that feels like it was made by someone who has never used the application.
I know its frustrating , but what I want to know is it going to get fixed, there are times that I cant even edit . Just get it fixed, you see people don't like it and have issues with it then just do away with it good grief
Fully agree.
We already have Outlook. We don't need Teams to emulate an email client.
Please consider adding a Teams 'Classic', 'Simple', 'Chat', or whatever mode you wish to call it.
Better still, revert the changes.
These have made Teams very clunky to use now.
