Recently headset busylight not clearing after Teams meetings, but behaving correctly for 1:1 calls

I've long used call controls and presence with my Jabra headset & Teams, however recently I to started having the problem of either MS Teams or Jabra Direct not clearing the busylight status following the ending of Teams meetings. I've isolated this down to be Teams meetings specifically, if I call a colleague directly the busy status will clear correctly, but if I dial a meeting it will not clear.

Likewise if I do the Settings/Devices/Make a test call, it reliably turns on the busy light then turns it off when the call finishes.

I use a Jabra Evolve 75 headset, the latest version of Jabra Direct and MS Teams 1.6.00.1381 (64-bit), on Windows 10 Pro.

When its in its busy status, call controls continue to function reliably, if I make a new call. And if close Teams and Jabra Direct, the busy light status clears, until I make another call where it goes busylight again as it should. So strangely all is functioning, except for clearing busy status after hanging up a Teams meeting.

Following reading other reports on forums, I've tried; Rebooting. Disabling microphone permissions from Windows 10 Catana search. Manually disabling & re-enabling busylight. Upgrading "Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio" divers. Then later disabling Intel's USB Audio, and rebooting. With no change, the busylight still doesnt get cleared from Team's meeting.

Any ideas for further troubleshooting or whether this is a known bug? (it didnt used to be)

    Let me preface this by saying I have no affiliation with Microsoft, but am an end-user just like everyone here and am waiting for the fix. That said, however, for those new to this thread who are looking for a resolution, please be respectful and do your due diligence in reading through the thread. If you had done this, you will have seen it has already been reported to Microsoft and they are working on a fix for next week, or the next.

    It is easy enough, as I posted last week, to just initiate a test call under your profile photo 'Manage Account>Devices>Make a test call' which will hang up the 'hung call' and once it connects to make the test, you can hang up. This will clear the bug, and while you may have to do it several times a day, it only takes ~20-30 seconds to initiate these test calls.

    It doesn't do anyone any good to chastise Microsoft any further than they already have been and it doesn't make them work any faster. Everyone here has had to be patient for up to several weeks while waiting, and while we know Microsoft isn't the fastest at getting fixes published, please exercise some restraint and self-control. Courtesy and respect go a long way.

    To gain use of my headset back from Teams I can use Task Manager and forcibly end Teams task or use Teams dialer to call my cellphone or any other number and hang up (junk call). Both actions will release my headset from Teams control so I can then use my headset again to listen to music on my cellphone or to make a call from my cellphone. This previously never had to happen, in the past I could listen to music on my cellphone go to a Teams meeting and when the Teams meeting ended my music would resume in my headset. Now when a meeting ends my music can no longer be heard until I kill Teams application using task manager or make a junk call using Teams dialer.

    SWinstedt;

    I go to the Calls feature, select the dropdown arrow next to my headset, select device settings, then select the Make a test call button. I end the call as soon as Echo displays on the screen

    Are you using Teams Direct or other Teams softphone application in addition to just the basic Teams features?
    eg when you make junk calls is that to some actual (xxx) yyy-zzzz to clear that error?
