Leaderboard not appearing on Wordament through Microsoft Teams?

Hi, when loading up Wordament through Teams, the leaderboard is not showing our names on the left and not giving us the usual live updates on the points. We cant seem to enjoy the game without this feature. How can this be fixed?

    1. Sometimes simply refreshing or restarting Microsoft Teams can resolve display issues.
    2. Ensure that both Microsoft Teams and the Wordament app are updated to their latest versions.
    3. Verify that all players have a stable network connection, as connectivity issues can affect real-time features like leaderboards.
    4. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Wordament app within Teams.

    I followed steps 1.-4. and did not see the leaderboard functioning as it had prior to the last few weeks. Are there any other recommended solutions?

    This has been the worst thing that has happened to me. As well as my teams Friday Wordament battles. Please fix it.
