My Airpod pro 2 doesn't work on Teams

My Airpod pro 2 doesn't work on Teams. They have no problem with other programs, and also work on teams on my phone.

They connect fine and I can see that they are selected in the teams settings. The app is also on the list of apps that can access the microphone and so on.

Furthermore I have disconnected them and reconnected them several times, I have also deleted Teams and installed once agin. Nothing works!!!!

It works fine otherwise and with other headphones.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday doing allll of the steps I've found in every forum and I think rolling back the intel bluetooth driver worked for me. I did a test run with teams, Settings > Devices > Make a test call, and everything worked for the first time since this all started a few months back. I havent had an actual teams call to test it but this is promising. I think some things work for some people, and others work for some, its not a one fix works for all type of thing.

Windows Key + X > Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Driver > Rollback Driver. Restart Windows. I also restarted my airpods before I rebooted, and re-connected them to windrows to have a clean slate on both accounts. Then made my test call with teams and it worked.

    I unpaired my airpods from my laptop and then paired them again and the problem was solved.

    Agree, i have gen 1 connected to laptop only and gen 2 for use on the phone. Gen 1 pro works fine, gen 2 connects but no sound and mic doesn't work on teams ....Microsoft needs to fix.

    Same issue, this is a joke! Airpods Pro G1 used to work perfectly, now both Airpod Pro G1 and my new Airpod Pro G2 both will not connectt to my yeams through laptop yet work with other applications. Very poor.

    Microsoft - SORT IT OUT.
