My Airpod pro 2 doesn't work on Teams. They have no problem with other programs, and also work on teams on my phone.

They connect fine and I can see that they are selected in the teams settings. The app is also on the list of apps that can access the microphone and so on.

Furthermore I have disconnected them and reconnected them several times, I have also deleted Teams and installed once agin. Nothing works!!!!

It works fine otherwise and with other headphones.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday doing allll of the steps I've found in every forum and I think rolling back the intel bluetooth driver worked for me. I did a test run with teams, Settings > Devices > Make a test call, and everything worked for the first time since this all started a few months back. I havent had an actual teams call to test it but this is promising. I think some things work for some people, and others work for some, its not a one fix works for all type of thing.

Windows Key + X > Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Driver > Rollback Driver. Restart Windows. I also restarted my airpods before I rebooted, and re-connected them to windrows to have a clean slate on both accounts. Then made my test call with teams and it worked.

Got my Airpods Pro 2 today and have same issue with Teams (New).

When both Headphones and Mic connected I can't hear anything. Mic working though and everyone able to hear me.

Switching to laptop Mic makes Headphones start to work and I am able to hear everyone, but then what's the point having mic in Airpods? Plus I need to keep laptop open for built in mic to work which is not convenient as it usually lays under my huge monitor.

Workaround with Bluetooth troubleshooting didn't work. In latest Win 11 update old troubleshooter is replaced by some fancy AI bot that can't even do proper troubleshooting with resetting device/driver etc. It stucks on "fixing greyed out Bluetooth icon" (what????) and then tells you that troubleshooting is done.

2024 and 3 trillion dollar corporation can't get this fixed. Wow, just wow.

    Hi,

Could someone please expand on what settings this response is referencing:

"Go to sound settings >Select the Airpods > In audio enhancements set to "off".

    Repeat for the microphone."

I do not see these settings in Teams, MacOs or IOS.
