My Airpod pro 2 doesn't work on Teams. They have no problem with other programs, and also work on teams on my phone.

They connect fine and I can see that they are selected in the teams settings. The app is also on the list of apps that can access the microphone and so on.

Furthermore I have disconnected them and reconnected them several times, I have also deleted Teams and installed once agin. Nothing works!!!!

It works fine otherwise and with other headphones.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday doing allll of the steps I've found in every forum and I think rolling back the intel bluetooth driver worked for me. I did a test run with teams, Settings > Devices > Make a test call, and everything worked for the first time since this all started a few months back. I havent had an actual teams call to test it but this is promising. I think some things work for some people, and others work for some, its not a one fix works for all type of thing.

Windows Key + X > Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Driver > Rollback Driver. Restart Windows. I also restarted my airpods before I rebooted, and re-connected them to windrows to have a clean slate on both accounts. Then made my test call with teams and it worked.

My AirPods were not working with Microsoft Teams. They work with everything else on the Dell Laptop but NOT teams.

Teams is super quiet for me; but everyone hear me fine

    Here is the fix :-

Connect the AirPods to the laptop. Then use the stalk slider on the AirPod to swipe the volume up until you hear a tone.

For some reason the Laptop master volume works on every application except Teams which has a secondary volume hidden which is you can only turn up by using the volume on the AirPod to turn up.

Took me hours to work this out. Hope it helps.

    Exactly

It won't work untill MS bring out a fix. But they refuse to fix it because it's an Apple product.

I get where you're coming from, but some of us don't have the choice to also use a Mac for work, so it would be great if we could have the ability to use both. Does anyone know if you can use the Airpods 2 on the old teams vs the new teams?

Worked for me! Thank you Kerry.

But I must say the quality of the test sound is not fantastic, but better than none.
