Removing the"Suggested" List in Teams Chat

How do I remove the "Suggested" list from the new Teams? This is both annoying and foolish.

    I think it was a "higher up" that pushed this through.

    I'm wondering, is Microsoft even aware of this issue?

    It's NOT fixed for me, using Chrome browser. The URL it generates is https://teams.microsoft.com/v2/

    I forgot you were using the browser version. Let me correct. This is fixed in the actual Teams app in windows.
