Removing the"Suggested" List in Teams Chat

How do I remove the "Suggested" list from the new Teams? This is both annoying and foolish.

    Microsoft often introducing their stupid little bugs and they refuse to fix it in a timely manner.

    I need to remove the suggested contacts. Give me a way.

    Adebayo has proposed a solution that DOES NOT WORK.

    Mine is unchecked, but I still get suggested chats.

    This is typical Microsoft lunacy.

    Working? No you're not, you need to randomly chat to someone with a purpose or not!

    Hello RD00367, My name is Adebayo, I will be happy to help. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused Please follow the steps below to remove the "Suggested" list. 1. Click on the options menu (three dots) located at the top right corner of the screen. 2. Select Settings. 3. Open the General page. 4. Uncheck the Show suggested replies in chat option. This should remove the “Suggested” list from your Teams chat. Please do let me know if further assistance is needed. Kind regards, Adebayo.

    I further researched on the issue and I found out that other users have also complained about the feature. As per update provided, this will be implemented but gradually.
