Hi Robin,
I'm Ahmed and I am here & happy to help.
I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please be assured that I will do my best to provide a satisfactory response and assist you with resolving the problem.
From the issue description, I see your account is the only affected one.
If you use a VPN, please try to disconnect it. Please also try another internet connection to make sure it's not a Network issue.
If you’re using Windows 11, make sure that your microphone and camera are enabled and unmuted in the sound settings. You can do this by going to Settings > System > Sound > Input/Output and selecting your devices. You can also check the privacy settings to allow desktop apps to access your microphone and camera. You can do this by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > App permissions > Microphone/Camera and turning on the toggle for desktop apps.
Please check the following steps:
- Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
- Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams into File Explorer.
- Delete the contents of the entire folder.
- Restart Microsoft Teams.
