Here are a few thoughts I had after my morning cup of Joe.
I was wondering if MS ever responds to posts like this. It would seem efficient that MS would simply respond that they received the sentiment and will at least consider addressing it. It would save additional posts about the grief and we can move on to talk about other things.
I don't see why there would need to be hundreds of posts about the problem to measure whether they should do something about it, in case that is what MS is waiting for. There are only 68 comments in this thread so far. I wonder if in the grand scheme of things, it's an insignificant number? Either there is a compelling argument or there isn't. The argument to fix it appears to be as strong as any.
MS is so fully invested in AI, they could even leverage AI to detect and measure these sentiments if they wanted to automate the process of handling these type of posts. A response would go a long way in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
