I am not able to copy and paste Teams message with Time and sender name

Except that only the people who did NOT want those things were submitting that feedback. Why would those of us that were happy with how it worked submit feedback. But instead of making it an option or giving those people a work around, Microsoft completely changed how it worked so that the rest of us are SOL. The Forward feature works fine for a single message but not multiple. The Export API is overkill as it will give you the entire chat history. The other workaround of keeping the mouse button down after selecting while pressing CTRL+C kind of works but adds a lot of extra **** that must be cleaned up. We know they aren't going to put it back the way it was, but they still need to FIX it by making it an option in settings or an additional right-click option. We must now be the ones to leave feedback.

You missed the part about click-and-hold the highlighted text, then Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V. The default Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V no longer takes the user&timestamp. There are many articles where the timestamp was getting in the way of coding, etc. I don't mind the change as long as I can get it.

The top one has 13 votes to NOT include the sender and time stamp.

The bottom one has 237 votes to bring back the functionality.

But has MS done anything, not yet. This is ridiculous!

This has been going on a while now, holding the mouse button down then doing CTRL+C for copy and CTRL+V succeeds in pasting the missing information, however it's not formatted correctly and is practically unreadable and that makes it unusable. Especially in a work environment.

It is somewhat useful, but it changes the formatting and includes a lot of extra content that needs to be deleted. Microsoft just needs to reinstate the functionality.
