CAA20003 ERROR IN PERSONAL LAPTOP. CAN'T SIGN IN TO EXPLORER

Hello everyone,

I start seeing this error on my computer when i tried to sign in. My wife used my laptop for some work and signed out. It's been while with that company. she is not working in that company. but when i try to sign in to explorer on right. It shows error and showing CAA20003 error and not letting me sign in. I like to know what i can do?

1.This error code can be due to outdated windows version

System date and time is not correct.
VPN enabled

To fox this follow the steps outlined below:

Make sure that you are using the latest version of Teams.
Use different browser and access the web version of Teams.
Make sure your PC is running the latest version.
Make sure that you have strong Internet connection.
Reboot your PC and Router
Try again to see if the issue still persist.

Can you go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School, do you see your wife's work email address there? Or anything about Azure AD? If so, click on that, then click on disconnect. Then restart the computer.

If that's not resolving the issue, I might have a misunderstanding of the issue. To help me understand better, can you please share a screenshot where you encountered the error message? Thank you!
