Teams: Disable New Feature Popups?

How do I disable ALL popups that announce new features in Teams. You know, the ones with the cheap clipart drawings and redundant announcements. It is infuriating when I am trying to send a message to a colleague and interrupted by a random popup telling me to try a new feature that I'm already aware of and is absolutely useless to me. It hijacks my typing and it's got to go.

100 % agree, these popups are incredibly disruptive and extremely annoying. At this rate I'm surprised the stupid Clippy hasn't resurfaced and popped up as well. This is a huge user experience fail by Microsoft to not provide a way for users to turn this off.

This is exactly Clippy without the extra annoying animation. That's the only difference.

Clippy would be preferable - you could always tell him to go away and he would stay gone.

The tips must go! When is Microsoft going to start listening to its customers instead of dismissing our complaints?

For someone who configures computers throughout the day this is enough to drive me to drink. IDGAF about new features. stop with the BS. Let us turn it off. I went from a person who attends church and practices good clean living who refrains from foul language to a loony sailor mouthed nutjob locked in this padded IT closet. I talk to the blinking lights on the switches now and sometimes find myself lowering my standing desk onto my head. Who does this? I need help SOS for a "maf'k"

    STOP with the notifications. ffs
