Teams: Disable New Feature Popups?

How do I disable ALL popups that announce new features in Teams. You know, the ones with the cheap clipart drawings and redundant announcements. It is infuriating when I am trying to send a message to a colleague and interrupted by a random popup telling me to try a new feature that I'm already aware of and is absolutely useless to me. It hijacks my typing and it's got to go.

    Hi Aussie Techie,

I submitted feedback based on your text and sent the URL link.

After I pressed "submit," I got a reply "oh, you're not seeing notifications?" They don't get it. They really, really, really don't get it.

Yeah it seems to do a search for related help topics, but misses the point.

I had the same, so where it said 'is this helpful,' I said no.

I know with other Microsoft issues, they request we give feedback. If enough people make noise, they will react.

That said, millions of people asked for the taskbar not combine the icons option for Windows 11 for ages. It took them 18 months to accept the feedback.

So maybe fly to Seattle and get slap happy if it doesn't work ;)

Unfortunately, other software (like Wrike) is also taking this approach. If I had a dollar for every bad word that escapes my mouth about these popups, I'd own my own tropical island paradise.

Microsoft should start listening to its customers instead of pushing these unwanted "features".

To make this steaming pile of **** worse, M$ announced that they are going to disable the good teams so we will be stuck with the clippy version of teams! They listened to the wrong part, they heard we prefer to old version, so they are taking it away!
