How do I disable ALL popups that announce new features in Teams. You know, the ones with the cheap clipart drawings and redundant announcements. It is infuriating when I am trying to send a message to a colleague and interrupted by a random popup telling me to try a new feature that I'm already aware of and is absolutely useless to me. It hijacks my typing and it's got to go.

More standardized Microsoft intrusive, obnoxious, and malware-esque "features". Love it. They never change. Microsoft should be charged for everyone's wasted time closing the intrusive notifications as they don't go away on their own and cover up information/buttons being used in the program. Time is money.
I turned off teams completely and told people if you need me just email me or text me, or god forbid...call me.
But don't worry to those who are rightly irritated by the "tips" pop ups. You'll get a "feed back" pop up every 10 seconds too.
I am convinced the constant pop ups people deal with in every aspect of their life contributes to the high levels of stress and anxiety people suffer from these days.
that is ridiculous - another MSFT arrogant experience to make users have to beg to turn off in app spam popups ..... they are spam to us .... not to you.
What is there is no custom button? Is it buried someplace under the Notifications and Activity setting?
Microsoft gets away with this because Teams is crammed down our throats by others and the only way to avoid it is to quit your job.
