Teams: Disable New Feature Popups?

How do I disable ALL popups that announce new features in Teams. You know, the ones with the cheap clipart drawings and redundant announcements. It is infuriating when I am trying to send a message to a colleague and interrupted by a random popup telling me to try a new feature that I'm already aware of and is absolutely useless to me. It hijacks my typing and it's got to go.

    This is like a modern webpage, where you have to close 3 popups before you can actually get to the content. At least for those webpages you can assume that it is a dark-pattern trying to steer you into a more profitable way of viewing the page. My company, however, is already paying for Teams, so the lack of a Disable-Button suggests that the only goal here is to make the experience worse. I actually kind of liked Teams in the beginning, but the more I use it, the more annoyed I become.

    I agree.

    Microsoft should stop doing this, we as Mitsubishi Motors are getting frustrated every time. It's disturbing and our end users start to call Microsoft the NEW GOOGLE. We do not ask for tips and tricks, if user's want to know what is new they can search for it, please keep in mind MS365 E3 and higher are no consumer customers but "Professional" businesses that are responsible for the roadmap within the company.

    We have 31K plus users, and almost all of them are requesting the IT to stop all these popup's, microsoft should think about how disabling it and stop bothering the end-users when a business account is provided to login to app's.

    We are concidering to move away from teams, simply because it starts to become a "WebShop", instead of a tool.

    Microsoft is getting close to be the same as Google, "Buy","Buy","Buy"....

    Just more of microsoft being absolutely disrespectful of their users.

    This needs to have a setting that you can disable. I am trying to work my freaking job here, you are getting the way.

    not that i disagree with where you are coming from on this analysis, but i think it's actually worse that that. today, all of the little UI coders think that they are . . . each and every one . . . the next coming of steve jobs. steve had a unique ability to get it right more than 50% of the time when he tried to figure out what people needed, even if they may have responded to a proposition in the negative when asked.

    today's UIs are sad, and typically written by those who equivocate different and better.

    m$ . . . fix this crapware that you foist upon us.
