Teams: Disable New Feature Popups?

I agree with the various comment posted here. These pop-ups are infuriating, get in my way and interrupt my productivity. To make matters worse, they have annoyed me sufficiently to raise it as a complaint within my organisation, who then said "Nothing we can do, its Microsoft, but, hey have a look at this", with a link to this thread. SO I've now wasted more time reading other peoples complaints and getting more annoyed about the issue. That you for that MS

It can be voted on, and we appear to be in the minority (more popular ones have 44k votes) .

There are appear to be several similar suggestions on the feedback portal. Usual story of everyone raising their own ticket and not checking if someone has already done the same and upvoting that.

I totally agree with the complaints. If I want to find features for a product then I will look it up myself. These pop-ups are annoying and in my way. I flat out refuse to interact in anyway including selecting the 'Got It' or 'X' button. Since my time is being wasted anyway, I completely log out and back in to make the pop-up go away. This needs to be removed or give us an option to disable.

It appears Microsoft are happy to keep designing products with the intention of wasting peoples time (again). Not very efficient and defo sounds like a future lawsuit in the making.
If the pop ups were even remotely useful, or disappeared automatically after a time, it's unlikely there'd be complaints. Unfortunately, I have found them to remain until they're cleared away and being completely irrelevant my business user Teams needs they've become very annoying (reminds me of the neighbours whining dog outside in the cold - the problem isn't the dog! - and there's not much I can do about it other than to raise a complaint). A simple disable button in the settings would be so easy to implement.
