How do I disable ALL popups that announce new features in Teams. You know, the ones with the cheap clipart drawings and redundant announcements. It is infuriating when I am trying to send a message to a colleague and interrupted by a random popup telling me to try a new feature that I'm already aware of and is absolutely useless to me. It hijacks my typing and it's got to go.

I submitted feedback based on your text and sent the URL link.
After I pressed "submit," I got a reply "oh, you're not seeing notifications?" They don't get it. They really, really, really don't get it.
It would be great if your approach gets through to someone that "matters" and comprehends. My jaded view is that they're just drinking their own bathwater and really couldn't care less about opinions. I think they see these popups as helpful and informative, generous on their part to teach us poor slobs how to use such advanced electronic typewriters. Either that or their department funding is proportional to the number of impressions.
I have just submitted the below via the Feedback feature in Teams (ironically, when I opened Teams, I received 5 popups...).
I suggest that others provide similar feedback via the Teams Feedback feature in the ... > Help menu of Teams. Make sure to say that the feedback goes to the PRODUCT MANAGER, else you will end up dealing with someone in the support space that can't get anything changed because they are too low down the food chain.
Please view the thread below. Everyone hates all these annoying popups in Teams and Office products. We have to be given a way, as IT staff, to block these annoying popups. It interrupts users, is inefficient, and nobody wants to see them in ANY of the organisations I support. It comes across as 'needy' and constantly needing validation. Your changes are too often and people are getting very frustrated. I am sure that my concerns will be dismissed, as if we aren't in Redmond nobody seems to care. The URL below has FIVE PAGES of people complaining about this. If these popups can't be disabled, at least include an animation of clippy in the tip to complete the experience.
Please give us an option to disable "new feature tips". They're just distracting.
