Green Artifacts When Viewing Shared Screens in Teams

We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting.

Specs of Laptop:

Dell Latitude 5550

Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

32GB RAM

512GB SSD

Things we have tried to remedy this:

  1. Run Teams in Compatibility mode
  2. Update to the newest Intel Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  3. Update to a different Intel WHQL Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  4. Uninstall and Reinstall Teams
  5. Tried using Teams in the browser

Any insight would be appreciated!

    New intel driver was released a few days ago for the video cards, have you tried that?

    Darn, was hoping that January 2nd update would fix it as it said screen artifacts issue. Are you on Dells? Docking stations? Thanks!

    Same issue on our devices, Latitude 7x50 and 5550 running Windows 10.
    The issue appears within Teams (Video calls, Screen sharing) and in other Apps like Edge when playing videos.

    The latest Graphics Drivers from Intel have been installed (clean install).
    Issue appears both docked and undocked.

    The same issue was raised in thid DELL Forum.

    I am having the same problem with my brand new HP zBook.

    Does not happen all the time, but I would say on 50% of my Teams call I have some sort of green Matrix-like visual over a specific "window area" (i.e., a share screen, or one or two people's camera views).

    Got to be a problem with Teams or a problem with a newly released chip being used since the issue spans multiple hardware configurations, laptop, desk top, docked, undocked.

    Very frustrating, especially when in a meeting and cant see what is being shared and discussed on a shared screen.
