We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting.
Specs of Laptop:
Dell Latitude 5550
Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro
Intel Iris Xe Graphics
32GB RAM
512GB SSD
Things we have tried to remedy this:

I haven't had any issues since upgrading to the latest gfx driver from intel. Did anyone else try that?

Here's the link to the driver, just make sure it's for your processor model. The list is provided on the site.
The Intel graphics driver update from 27th February has apparently solved the problem for me.
In my case it was a combination of both. Only Intel Graphic driver did not solve it, so needed Microsoft on back end as well. But I did install the intel driver before 27th February - the latest possible at that time.
