Green Artifacts When Viewing Shared Screens in Teams

We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting.

Specs of Laptop:

Dell Latitude 5550

Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

32GB RAM

512GB SSD

Things we have tried to remedy this:

  1. Run Teams in Compatibility mode
  2. Update to the newest Intel Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  3. Update to a different Intel WHQL Arc/Iris Xe Driver
  4. Uninstall and Reinstall Teams
  5. Tried using Teams in the browser

Any insight would be appreciated!

    Same issue here, not resolved. For us, it‘s not limited to Teams. We randomly encounter this issue when playing videos in Edge (e.g. Youtube or Amazon Product Page Videos) or within other Apps (PowerPoint with embedded Video, Windows 10 Media Player)

    I informed the Microsoft Agent from my Support case about that - and asked him to check it and also keep an eye on this Microsoft community article. Hope this helps you at the end....
