We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting. Hi Martin, I´m assuming your use of MS Teams was a kind of broadcast. In my case it is just daily regular use with meetings and quick calls. Since MS Teams is the official company software, I don´t believe we are going to change it. Other than that, this is only happening on a certain model of laptops (Dell Latitude 7450 Core Ultra 7 165U + 32GB RAM). My previous laptop (Dell Latitude with Core i5) didn´t have such issue. Moreover, the issue is also happening in videos such as youtube. There´s something wrong with this Intel platform, that´s the only thing that I can imagine as a reason.

Hi. We faced the same issues in customer webinars over and over again. Not only green blocks, but also multicolour flickering artifacts, both on our and the customer's side. So we had to immediately change the platform. Pretty embarrassing for us annoying 300+ participants once more. Fun fact: we encountered the issues not only recently but also 1-2 years ago and thought that we had connection or bandwidth problems, but that was not case. So we switched to a Streaming platform and everything was fine. The internal IT suggested giving the new tool Teams Townhall another try, but we're facing the same results again. It's really a pity, because the idea of the tool itself with it's functionalities is really good, especially when working in the MS365 cosmos anyways.

After read your post I thought the nightmare came to an end, but this didn't work. The only difference now is that artefacts are not only green, but multicolor and the MS Teams terrible performance stills. Getting tired of all this issues.

In my case it was a combination of both. Only Intel Graphic driver did not solve it, so needed Microsoft on back end as well. But I did install the intel driver before 27th February - the latest possible at that time.
