We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting. Specs of Laptop: Dell Latitude 5550 Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro Intel Iris Xe Graphics 32GB RAM 512GB SSD Things we have tried to remedy this: Run Teams in Compatibility mode Update to the newest Intel Arc/Iris Xe Driver Update to a different Intel WHQL Arc/Iris Xe Driver Uninstall and Reinstall Teams Tried using Teams in the browser Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks for the update, I can confirm the slowness-issue on our DELL laptops. It affects us when playing videos within MS Edge, the browser stops responding or is extremely slow when the issue occurs.

I don´t know about your cases, but mine also makes the computer extremely slow after having the issue. The latest video driver from the intel website seems to have reduced the issue. I´ll keep monitoring.

We experienced the same thing on about 15-20 HP Zbook firefly G11 laptops I had opened a case with HP and tried the usually steps of drivers all the way to reimaging the laptop. after none of the above fixed the issue, I opened a ticket with Microsoft Teams and after troubleshooting and sending them logs and examples, roughly 2 weeks later they came back and said they repaired a 3rd party driver in their systems. I have not had the issue since (Knock on wood).

We have a few users who have been seeing green artifacts during Teams Meetings. This will happen at the same time that someone is presenting.

Specs of Laptop:

Dell Latitude 5550

Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

32GB RAM

512GB SSD

Things we have tried to remedy this:
